By accessing or using Mixxo.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Mixxo.io provides a platform for DJs to create, manage, and share professional press kits. Our services include:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Mixxo.io, including photos, videos, flyers, biographical information, and other materials ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant Mixxo.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
You agree not to upload content that: (a) infringes on intellectual property rights of others; (b) contains malware or harmful code; (c) violates any applicable laws or regulations; (d) is defamatory, obscene, or offensive; (e) impersonates any person or entity.
Mixxo.io offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features and limitations of each plan are described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Mixxo.io is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixxo.io and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
